Chestnut Mushooms – a first at Draco Hill!

We are feeling very fortunate at Draco Hill this year! In the face of the drought, we never could have expected the land to produce so much good food this fall, but it is. We have an abundance of Asian pears, chestnuts, mushrooms and apples and this after a very busy season processing peaches of all shapes and sizes.
