Draco Hill is a low profile home, built into the side of a hill (not bermed, except in one small section). From the road, you can’t see anything but our very high profile geodesic dome, and from the front it looks like a normal house. But the insulating value of the ground keeps our heating and cooling bills well below $100 per month.
